Working closely with senior stakeholders, stream leadership teams, and BSI’s wider Innovation function, you will help identify, shape, and deliver strategic initiatives that create long-term business value.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving are at the heart of what we do.ResponsibilitiesDrive the innovation agenda across designated BSI business streamsIdentify and shape strategic innovation opportunities and future-focused initiativesSupport the development and integration of new client-facing solutions and technologiesCollaborate with stakeholders across Innovation, Technology, Commercial, and Leadership teamsSupport innovation projects from idea generation through to implementation and adoptionChampion emerging technologies and continuous improvement across the businessBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partnersSupport innovation workshops, research activities, and business change initiativesHelp embed innovation solutions into operational, sales, and marketing activitiesContribute to innovation roadmaps, reporting, and strategic planningTo be successful in the role you will haveExperience in innovation, transformation, project/program management, technology consulting, or a related fieldExposure to areas such as AI, Data Science, Blockchain, IoT, Automation, Agile delivery, or Design Thinking would be highly beneficial.Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple prioritiesA passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and business improvementStrong problem-solving and organisational abilitiesAbility to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environmentsConfidence influencing and engaging with senior stakeholdersA collaborative and proactive mindset with strong business acumenSalary RangeUK = £58,500 – £78,000The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role.
