Omaha, Mixed and Dealers Choice games may also be required on the completion of further trainingMain ResponsibilitiesDeal cards accurately and efficiently according to poker game rules (e.g., Texas Hold’em, Omaha).Manage the pot: collect and distribute bets, handle chips, and ensure correct payouts.Maintain game integrity by enforcing house rules and monitoring player behaviour.Provide guest service: interact professionally with players, answer questions, and create a welcoming table atmosphere.Communicate clearly with players and floor supervisors regarding game issues, disputes, or irregularities.Handle money and chips responsibly, ensuring accurate transactions and security at all times.Follow all gaming regulations, casino policies, and safer gaming procedures.Immediately report any concerns regarding the security of the games to a poker supervisor or manager.Report all incidents regarded as suspicious as defined by the AML training.Service Behaviours Our Poker Dealers are expected to always demonstrate our key service behaviours:On It: Demonstrates responsiveness and initiative by anticipating guest and operational needs, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.Upbeat and Positive Attitude: Maintains a professional, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented demeanour that fosters a welcoming and energetic environment.Be Nice: Treats guests, team members, and stakeholders with courtesy, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.Open and Close: Engages openly and warmly at the start of every interaction and ensures each conversation or service exchange concludes with clarity, courtesy, and appreciation.Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UKThis position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.
