We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Engineer with MSP experience to join our expanding technical team. Ideally, an individual who has MSP experience, having worked in a 2nd line/3rd line team on IT support and project implementations. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this role will provide escalation support to our experienced team and will lead on Infrastructure and Cloud projects.

We also invest in technical skills training, allowing you to grow and develop your IT career whilst helping the company maintain their numerous certifications.

This role is varied, and no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is excited by technology; someone who naturally keeps up to date with the latest technologies, techniques, initiatives and changes in the industry.

Skills and Experience:

• Passionate IT practitioner with experience in delivering IT Projects with minimal supervision
• Experience on an IT Helpdesk, particularly in an MSP environment, is essential
• Significant experience in:
• Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Support & Deployment)
• Deploying and supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Configuration and Compliance Policies, MDM etc.
• Support & Deployment of infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Designing and implementing Virtualisation projects (VMWare, Hyper V etc)
• Configuring/supporting SAN Technologies (storage area networks)
• Solid understanding of LAN technologies, switches and VLANS
• Data Protection and Disaster Recovery Systems
• Excellent telephone manner and communications skills with a strong customer service focus
• Most importantly, a ‘hands on’ teamwork ethic with a willingness to learn
