Project Manager (Cloud Migration & Integration)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Albany Beck is partnering with a leading Investment Bank to hire a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of cloud migration and integration initiatives .This is an excellent opportunity for a mid level Project Manager who has delivered technology change projects and wants to further develop their career within a complex enterprise environment.
The Role
You will work across a range of cloud transformation and integration programmes, helping to coordinate delivery teams, manage project plans, track dependencies, and ensure successful execution of key technology initiatives.
The role will suit someone who has experience supporting cloud migration projects (ideally Azure-based), enjoys working closely with technical teams, and has exposure to Agile delivery environments.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, architecture, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered effectively while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery activities across cloud migration and integration projects
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Work closely with technical teams to support Azure migration and integration initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog reviews
- Support Product Owners and delivery leads in prioritisation and roadmap planning
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and vendor relationships
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed timelines, scope, and objectives
- Escalate risks and blockers appropriately and drive resolution
Required Experience
Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Technology Delivery roles
- Experience delivering cloud migration, cloud transformation, or systems integration projects
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments preferred
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience working alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, or Agile delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
Desirable
- Exposure to enterprise-scale financial services or regulated environments
- Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, or middleware technologies
- Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
- Product ownership or backlog management experience
