Core Responsibilities
Lead efforts to enhance retail performance across LEGOLAND Resorts

Located within the LEGO Holding area, the LEGOLAND Parks & Experiences team drives strategic partnerships to leverage synergies across the LEGO Group and its partners.
Collaborating with Merlin Entertainments, the world’s second-largest theme park operator, the department focuses on bringing the LEGO brand to life through world-class attractions, including theme parks, water parks, and hotels, aiming to engage families and children aged 2-12 globally.
Key areas for this role are retail partnership management, cross-functional cooperation, and international retail support. Strong relationship building, collaboration and communication skills are essential to elevate the LEGOLAND brand and business through continuous retail improvement.
