Job OverviewMedicine and Emergency Care Division are looking for an agile, dynamic and delivery focused leader to join our Division as Centre Manager for Emergency & Acute.Urgent and Emergency Care services within the Trust are challenged, and we are seeking a candidate who has a track record in successful partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders to support transformation.Accountable to the Divisional & Deputy Director of Operations post holder has the responsibility for the business and performance management of the Centre. Ensuring that key performance targets and strategic objectives are met, including managing capacity and demand in order to achieve targets.
