You will be part of a legacy that defines the future of luxury.Job DescriptionThe PurposeThe Media and PR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the media and communications team in various tasks related to public relations, media, and communications. This position involves assisting in the operational media related duties as well as Press coordination.Main ResponsibilitiesPress relationsPrepare and distribute press materials, media updates and communication assetsCoordinate product shipments, press loans and returns with markets, agencies and logistics teamsSupport the organisation and preparation of photoshoots, press events and PR activations, in collaboration with the central team and local marketsAssist with media monitoring, compile press reviews and competitive benchmarkingMaintain press contact lists and reporting documentsLiaise with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth projects follow-upManage invoices, purchase orders and budget tracking for PR activitiesMaintain lookbook, reporting tools and image assetsTalent & influence Support talent and influencer activations across global marketsAssist in the preparation of pre and post activation reportsSupport the execution of product gifting projects.MediaSupport the Media Manager in the coordination and execution of media campaigns, assisting in the preparation of campaign briefs, reports and team presentationsCoordinate with media agencies and partners on campaign deliveries and timelinesSupport campaign trafficking, asset management and material distributionAssist with establishing KPIs and benchmarks, performance tracking and competitive analysisHelp manage PO and invoicing processes, budget follow-up and administrative processes related to media activitiesEnsure smooth coordination between HQ, markets, agencies and partners throughout campaign executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and optimise channel and campaign performance, ensuring that the impact of site development and design changes is identified and managed effectively.Liaise with global media partners to maintain strong working relationships and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.Support the communication and promotion of media best practices, technical specifications, and industry standards across the wider marketing team.Report, Research and AnalysisConduct research on industry trends, competitor activities/content, and audience preferences.Assist with co-ordinating multi-agency media campaign reporting and platform brand lift studiesResponsible for updating department invoice tracker spreadsheet for UK/FR mediaOwn and maintain PR monitoring systems.
