Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaning Operative, based in Northwich. Responsibilities include performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as routine domestic and commercial cleaning, as well as more specialized services as required (e.g., carpet cleaning or window cleaning). Additional duties may involve ensuring facilities are well-maintained, handling professional equipment, and adhering to health and safety protocols to consistently meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Cleaning and Home/House Cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards consistently.
• Ability to handle professional cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing reliable, respectful, and customer-focused service.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required as training can be provided.
