Job Title:           Business Services Administrator

Hours:               37.5 hours Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)

Reporting to:    Senior EA/HR Manager

Job type:             12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

The role of the Administrator will involve:

·       Dealing with daily internal and external post

·       Filing annual statements at Companies House

·       Maintaining the company fleet – ordering vehicles, returning vehicles, arranging repairs, MOTS, insurance etc

·       Basic IT issues – liaising with out IT provider on behalf of the senior team

·       Occasionally assisting with event planning – Christmas party and annual conference

·       General maintenance of the office

·       Maintaining the internal SharePoint

·       Other duties to be discussed at interview process
