Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for 2 x Freelance Event/Registration Managers based in the London Area, United Kingdom. You will manage event registrations end-to-end, including setting up registration platforms, monitoring sign-ups, processing changes, and responding to attendee inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating guest lists, preparing check-in materials, and overseeing on-site registration desks to ensure a smooth guest journey. You will collaborate closely with producers, venue teams, and suppliers to confirm attendee requirements, access needs, and special requests. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, tracking attendance, preparing post-event reports, and upholding eventmark’s standards of confidentiality and sustainability.

• Available between and across all days 23-25 June 2026
• Ability to work on-site at events in Shoreditch, London, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional extended hours as required.
• Right to work in the UK
• Professional level of English language

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Experience in event management and/or registration, guest services, or event operations, ideally in high-profile or corporate environments.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including managing guest lists, data entry, and accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet approach when dealing with speakers and confidential information.
• Competence with event registration or ticketing platforms and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, databases).
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality guest experience and alignment with sustainable and ethical event practices.
• Previous experience in agency, venue, or production environments and familiarity with landmark or heritage venues is beneficial.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and availability for freelance/contract engagements.
