As a Regional Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring transformation is effectively delivered, adopted and sustained across your region. You will translate global priorities into clear, executable plans. You will lead the rollout in a way that is aligned to regional capacity and take ownership of outcomes, with a focus on adoption and lasting impact.To support this, you will act as the voice of your region and influence global program decisions while ensuring they are practical and achievable locally. You will bridge the gap between design and execution, build understanding and momentum, embed new ways of working, and respond quickly to risks, trade-offs and regional needs.
