Engineering Supervisor – BSC qualified Full Time NEW

Position Overview

In this position you will provide technical leadership and management of the brake control systems team members at the Ansty business park. You’ll assign and prioritise tasks to team members, lead Team Improvement Board (TIB) discussions, track on time completion, represent BCS at daily Run the Business (RTB) discussions, as well as prioritising safety product improvements and drive other product improvement tasks, drive product and process cost reduction efforts (Simple by Design).
