Role Description We are seeking a Principal Practice Manager to oversee operations and drive excellence across our healthcare facilities. In this full-time hybrid role based in London, you will manage day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of seamless, high-quality care. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, streamlining processes, managing budgets, and driving patient satisfaction. You will also collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain compliance with healthcare standards. While you will primarily be based at our London headquarters, flexibility for some remote working is provided. Qualifications Strong experience in operations management, project management, and process improvement within healthcare or a similar field.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Strategic thinking and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, including project management platforms and data analysis tools.Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, business administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Experience in managing healthcare facilities or working with medical professionals is highly desirable.
