Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Deputy Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and ensure high standards of service within a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Supervise and lead front-of-house team members
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor stock levels and operational processes
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
