Ascendia is looking for an exceptional Content Creator to lead the production of high-quality founder-led, educational, and thought leadership content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Fulltime.

This role is for someone who is obsessed with visual quality.

Someone who notices bad lighting immediately.

Someone who understands color grading, storytelling, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and audience retention.

Someone who can take ordinary footage and turn it into content people actually want to watch.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Edit and produce premium short-form and long-form video content.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Perform advanced color grading and color correction.
• Improve audio quality and sound design.
• Create compelling hooks and storytelling structures that increase watch time.
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Work directly with the founders to develop and execute content ideas.
• Help establish and maintain Ascendia’s visual brand identity.
• Stay ahead of content trends and platform best practices.

Salary 250k-400k naira monthly.
