Family PA Full Time NEW

Hi there, I’m Lydia. I am a CEO, and my husband is a founder who owns a number of private members’ clubs across the UK.

We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and kind person to join our family and help keep our busy household running smoothly. We have two lovely daughters, aged 2 years and 6 months, and are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children while also supporting the day-to-day running of family life.

This is a varied role that combines elements of a Family PA, household management, and childcare. No two days will be the same, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys being involved in all aspects of family life.

Responsibilities

• Providing support with the day-to-day care and activities of our two daughters
• Managing family diaries, appointments, and schedules
• Coordinating household tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Managing and liaising with our housekeeper
• Running occasional errands and assisting with family administration
• Helping to organise travel, events, and family logistics
• Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Supporting us with general family PA duties as required

Hours

We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate and are happy to discuss a schedule that works for everyone.

Travel Opportunities

It would be wonderful if you were open to occasional travel with our family, including trips within the UK and abroad (such as Bristol, Dubai, and Australia). However, this is not a requirement and is certainly not a deal-breaker.
