Chaos Coordinator & PA to Founder
The opportunity:
A functional wellness brand is rebranding, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join us right at the start of that evolution. This isn’t a sit-at-a-desk-and-file-things role. We’re building something genuinely different and we need someone who gets that from day one.
About the title:
Chaos Coordinator doesn’t mean disorganised. It means the opposite. It means you’re the person who walks into a fast-moving, creative, high-energy environment and makes it run like clockwork. without losing your spark in the process. You bring the structure. We bring the vision. Together we make it happen.
The role:
Fast-paced, varied, and never boring. You’ll be supporting our founder directly across her business and personal life, switching between logistics and brand thinking without breaking a sweat. You’re not just an assistant. You’re a strategic support system.
What you’ll be doing:
Personal (30%)
Our founder has a full life. Your job is to bring structure to the chaos, managing a busy personal diary, coordinating appointments, handling errands, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you thrive on being the person who holds it all together, this is for you.
Business Operations (30%)
Working closely with our Operations Manager to keep things moving — admin, supplier liaison, scheduling, and problem-solving. You see what needs doing before anyone asks.
Brand, Media & Social (40%)
This is where you get to shine. We need someone who doesn’t just schedule content, they think about it, challenge it, and push it further. You’ll have a genuine eye for what lands, what doesn’t, and what we haven’t thought of yet.
You’ll support media liaison, brand communications, and content planning, but more than that, you’ll bring ideas to the table that make us stop and think. We want someone who sees the brand vision and runs with it, not someone waiting to be told what to post.
Who you are:
You’re upbeat, energetic, and full of ideas. You’re a head-shaker, the person in the room who spots what’s not working and isn’t afraid to say so. You’re discreet, fiercely organised, and you bring your own spark without overshadowing the brand. You don’t wait to be told. You just get it.
You’re equally comfortable drafting a professional email and chasing a supplier as you are brainstorming content ideas or pulling together a mood board. You take your work seriously. You just don’t take yourself too seriously.
Oh – and you’ll need to sign an NDA. We’re building something worth protecting.
What we need:
To apply:
Send your CV and a cover letter. Don’t tell us what you’ve done, tell us who you are and why this is the role for you.
