Site Match UK is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join a small groundworks team on an external works project in West London. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid groundworks experience who can work efficiently, safely, and as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general groundworks duties on site
- Assisting with external works, including groundwork preparation and site clearance
- Supporting drainage, excavation, kerbing, and paving works as required
- Operating plant machinery where qualified and authorised
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Moving materials and assisting with deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Proven groundworks experience with contactable references
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Plant tickets such as Dumper or Digger are preferred
- Driving Licence preferred
- Available for an immediate start
