In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle execution of client transition activities, delivering a market-leading client experience. Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience of separate (segregated) accounts is essential for this role. As well as partnering extensively with internal teams, you will also interact directly with clients and external parties, leveraging project management best practices and deep industry knowledge to drive operational excellence. You will also play a key role in developing team processes, championing continuous improvement, and serving as a subject matter expert to help cultivate team capability and knowledge.You will contribute to the team in the following ways:Lead full lifecycle execution of client separate (segregated) account activities (onboarding, transition and termination) for the Europe and Middle East client base, ensuring that all legal, operational, compliance and transitional requirements are comprehensively identified, tasked and completed and with a high level of client serviceServe as an operational point of contact for clients and external parties, representing the Relationship Management team in meetings relating to onboarding and mandate changes/updates, with a clear, professional and client-friendly communication style (both verbal and written).Leverage project management best practices to lead cross-functional meetings, manage senior stakeholders, track and complete activity tasks, and proactively identify and mitigate risksLead the review of contractual and supplemental agreements with internal and external partiesLead the development of team processes, procedures, and knowledge; drive operational impact assessments and implementation of new or enhanced technology and processesServe as a technical and/or process subject matter expert, proactively sharing best practices, lessons learned, and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement“I can apply in less than 4 minutes.” You’ve reviewed this job posting and you’re ready to start the candidate journey with us.
