Finance Administrator

At Aurora Cedars School, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Finance Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our school running efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
In this varied and hands-on role, you will:
?? Manage day-to-day financial administration across the school
?? Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier queries
?? Coordinate ordering, deliveries, and goods receipting
?? Reconcile petty cash and purchasing cards
?? Work closely with the Central Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments
?? Provide financial data, reports, and support to colleagues and managers
?? Support process improvements and help implement new finance systems
?? Assist with booking training, travel, and accommodation
You’ll be central to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the school.
