If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety, and are deeply committed to people, this role is for you.The RoleWhat Type Of Work Will You Be DoingManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and thoughtful transitions.Administer the annual recreation budget and develop programming that reflects the needs of a diverse, multi-location workforce.Lead local employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the global People team.Collaborate with Global Employee Experience to develop and implement a wellbeing strategy aligned with business objectives.Execute onsite and virtual employee events designed to foster community and connection.Support local employee relations and general HR business partnership requirements.Champion community involvement and volunteer programs in coordination with office leadership.Manage procurement and purchase orders for the People and Facilities functions.
