About The RoleSevern Angels Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support NHS hospitals and care settings across multiple locations. This is a flexible agency role, offering you the opportunity to choose shifts that suit your availability while gaining experience across a range of healthcare environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toiletingAssisting with mobility and safe moving & handlingMonitoring and recording patient observations (e.g. temperature, pulse, respiration)Supporting patients with eating and drinkingProviding emotional support and companionshipMaintaining a clean and safe care environmentWorking alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality careFollowing care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staffRequirementsMinimum 6 months UK healthcare experience (NHS or care home setting preferred)Right to work in the UKEnhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)Good communication and teamwork skillsA compassionate, patient-focused approachWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rates (£15.00 – £22.00+)Flexible working – choose your own shiftsOpportunities across NHS hospitals and care providersWeekly payOngoing support from a dedicated recruitment teamAccess to training and development opportunitiesHow To ApplyTo apply, simply click the Apply button or email your CV to info@severnangels.co.uk.
