Key responsibilities include:Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners on all aspects of reward and recognitionEnsuring reward frameworks are consistent, competitive and compliant with regulatory and governance standardsLeading the Group-wide benchmarking strategy, keeping us ahead of market trends and ensuring our offering remains compellingOverseeing all reward programmes, including, Annual pay reviews, Benefits enrolment, Incentive schemesDriving insight-led improvements across the entire reward lifecycleEnsuring accurate and timely delivery of statutory reporting, including pay gap reportingPartnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to align reward with our Employee Value Proposition and career pathwaysPreparing and delivering high-quality materials for the Executive Committee and Board Remuneration CommitteeInspiring and developing a high-performing Reward teamSkills And ExperienceSignificant experience in a Reward leadership roleBackground in either financial services, professional services or a PLC/in-house environmentStrong analytical capability, with experience in reward modelling, job architecture and benefits designExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholdersA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitudeDeep understanding of reward best practice and market trendsProven track record of leading and developing teamsA degree (or equivalent) or relevant qualification is desirableOur behavioursAt Just you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career, whilst making a difference to the lives of those around you.
