Role
As an Ecommerce Account Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to grow Einhell’s key ecommerce accounts and build strong partnerships that deliver long-term success. This role will focus on expanding national ecommerce customers, delivering joint business plans and using performance data to turn insight into action. You will play a key role in driving revenue, profitability and the future direction of the ecommerce channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales & profit targets in line with company targets.
- Help to grow a portfolio of key ecommerce accounts, building strong partnerships that deliver long-term growth
- Monitor account performance, continuously looking for ways to optimise growth and exceed targets
- Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors, and ecommerce developments, sharing insights across the business
- Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution
- Confident using data and insights to support commercial decisions
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
- Collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Key Attributes
- An understanding of ecommerce, online trading and digital growth
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skill
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Willingness to travel to Liverpool and London when required
