As a Designer, you are here to bring together strategic design thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early-stage idea generation to detailed digital design.Within this role, you will: Work in partnership with the team to develop new ideas that deliver against key strategic objectivesMap existing customer journeys to identify key pain points and areas of opportunityPlan, conduct and synthesise customer and category design research Lead client conversations within your design specialism, bringing them into the creative process and providing articulate recommendations Use design to create clarity and enhance the story, presentation or proposition – bringing creativity into every part of the process, from creative writing to pitch videosMock-up wireframes and user flows to create interactive prototypes to bring the concept to life for customers and clientsDesign top-end and functional UI, including components ready for development and launchMentor and coach interns through their day-to-day project work and overall growth journeyWhat we love in a candidate:Strong experience design and digital product design skills, with practical experience designing websites, apps or digital productsA generalist mindset to fluidly working across the spectrum of design, doing what it takes to help the work land with impactA proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity and challenge clients to think differently World-class execution with an eye for detail and the passion to constantly strive to improve and take the work to the next level2+ years of professional experience in the design industryAn absolute must have in every candidate is that they live and truly believe our values of being driven, fearless, striving for better, bringing your authentic self and being generous in all that we do.What’s in it for you:Our Total Rewards consist of a competitive basic salary, annual performance bonus, opportunities to acquire equity and a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits.
