Job Summary:
This is a wide ranging role in a small yet very productive VW camper sales company. Responsible for the implementation of the full administrative process pre and post-sale of VW camper vans, in addition to customer service and vehicle operations. The role will be largely self-managed with the opportunity to make your own and develop within the business. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with a confident nature and a can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to multiple tasks. This is a role that requires initiative rather than following system based instructions.
Hours of work: Permanent full-time position, 30 – 37.5 hrs per week with optional flexible structure to be agreed
Key Role Responsibilities:
· End to end administration and management of vehicle paperwork
· Daily internal updates on vehicle preparation status and diary management
· First point of contact for customers both new and existing
· Manage customer communication in relation to viewings and vehicle updates
· Creation and management of all online advertising
· Day to day management of business invoicing and accounts
· General administration and filing
· Upkeep of positive customer experience from enquiry to delivery
Key Skills:

· Friendly, professional and confident manor
· Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
· Previous experience of motor trade e.g. body shop /service centre
· Previous experience of working in a non-systems based small business environment
· Bookkeeping / accountancy experience – knowledge of Xero accounting software
· An interest or knowledge of VW Campers
· Knowledge of social media
Essential:
· At least 2 years administration experience
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
