Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Gosport for a Lettings Consultant. The Lettings Consultant will be responsible for managing property lettings from tenant inquiries to tenancy agreements. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and conducting property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, handling property valuations, managing tenancy documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations. Exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to achieving targets are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants.
• Experience in property management, lettings, or a related field, with knowledge of tenancy agreements and legal requirements in the property sector.
• Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage property viewings, inquiries, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address tenant and landlord concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service and achieving business targets.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic IT skills, including familiarity with property management software and standard office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to property viewings and client meetings.
