If you are an experienced Administrator with a passion for providing a high-quality support service, this is an opportunity to play a key role supporting the legal team at the General Dental Council.
As a Legal Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider in-house team of lawyers and paralegals. Your work will help deliver an efficient and high-quality legal service that ensures public safety.
About the role:
– Providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to the team through the maintenance of files and records.
– Acting as a ‘first point of contact’ for incoming queries and referrals to the team.
– Ensuring that the team’s database and management spreadsheets are properly managed and updated.
– Collating and assisting in the delivery of performance-related data.
– Supporting meetings, including making arrangements, preparing agendas, collating and checking the accuracy of the paperwork and minute-taking.
Person specification:
You will need:
– Experience of maintaining files, databases and other records.
– The ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
– The ability to plan and organise workload and manage own time effectively.
– Strong team-working skills and the ability to support others.
– Good customer service skills.
– Analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong ICT skills, including MS Office products.
