Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, identifying process improvements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing strategies to streamline operations and optimize results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data and identify trends
• Demonstrated expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and building long-term client relationships
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with supply chain, e-commerce, or packaging industries is an advantage
