Role Description

We are looking for a highly capable, proactive Executive General Administrator / Virtual Assistant to support our team part-time, with a particular focus on The Golden Vines. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, organised, tech-savvy, and able to take initiative without needing close supervision.

You will be a key support to the team, helping keep projects moving, communications flowing, and day-to-day administration running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including maintaining organised records and handling office operations
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Ability to manage schedules, calendars, and perform multitasking effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and remote work environments is advantageous

• London / UK-based preferred for time zone alignment and occasional in-person support if required

Compensation

• £22-30 per hour, OR £500-900 per monthly retainer (20-30 hours per month)
