About The Role
This role is offered on an hourly paid basis.
Prepare high‑quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefsWork as part of a professional kitchen brigade across a range of sectionsSupport busy service periods, including lunchtime and evening serviceMaintain excellent food hygiene and safety standardsContribute to menu preparation, prep work, and stock rotationProvide a warm, welcoming experience for customers

Students currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Culinary Arts programmeA genuine interest in professional cookery and kitchen operationsGood time‑keeping, communication, and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new techniquesReliability and a positive attitude during busy service periodsWhat We Offer
