The Role

Reporting to our Head of Wholesale and Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain and retail operations of a fast-growing beauty brand. From managing supplier relationships and demand forecasting to overseeing wholesale account operations and compliance, this is a broad and hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership. 

Job Description

Supply Chain and Operations

• Primary contact for our suppliers: PO issuance, production scheduling, shipment tracking and escalation.
• Own stock forecasting, creating demand models that account for standard sales, promotional uplifts and NPD.
• Lead and support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new ERP system. 
• Work closely with finance on COGS tracking, stock reconciliation and margin reporting.
• Own the quality and compliance programme, including regulatory certifications, EPR and PPWR.
• Responsibility for driving cost savings within the Supply Chain.

Retail Operations

• Oversee the wholesale stock ordering and sales tracking process across existing and new accounts, both UK and overseas and manage any deduction queries, supporting documentation and shipments.
• Investigate and resolve any misdelivery issues.
• Oversee maintenance of product catalogue across brand and customer channels, SKU management, stock updates, and pricing adjustments.
• Own operational onboarding for each new retail account.

Ideal Candidate

• 3 years’ experience in supply chain and operations with an FMCG or e-commerce brand (beauty or personal care preferred).
• Hands-on supplier management, PO issuance and production coordination.
• Comfortable owning demand planning and stock forecasting.
• Wholesale retail operations experience.
• Exposure to regulatory requirements, including EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulations), with support from an external agency.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and order fulfilment is a bonus. 

Contract Details 

• Hybrid / home-based with some travel to our West London office [frequency, e.g. up to twice a month] and occasional visits to suppliers across the UK.
• International travel may be required; a valid passport is essential.
• £42,000 – £48,000 pro rata for an initial 6-month contract, with a view to a permanent role subject to performance.
