Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool for a Sales and Operations Coordinator. As part of this role, you will manage day-to-day sales operations, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and coordinate schedules for training sessions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing customer inquiries, assisting in sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operations to meet organizational goals. You will also provide exceptional customer service and support the team to uphold quality training standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, customer support, and developing sales strategies.
