We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to join our London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth business performance.

The Role

As a Retail Coordinator, you will support the management and coordination of retail activities, ensuring operational efficiency, excellent customer experiences, and strong team collaboration. You will work closely with management, suppliers, and retail staff to maintain high standards across all retail functions.

The ideal candidate is organised, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily retail operations and administrative activities
• Support stock management, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination
• Assist with retail planning, merchandising, and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers professionally
• Monitor store performance and support operational improvements
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and retail logistics
• Ensure high standards of customer service and brand presentation
• Assist with sales reporting and performance analysis
• Support management with retail projects and business initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail coordination, retail operations, administration, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred
