We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Repairs Planner to coordinate and schedule responsive repairs across the Council’s housing stock and corporate properties.
You will play a key role in ensuring repairs are planned efficiently, appointments are managed effectively, and residents receive a high standard of service. You will work closely with operatives, contractors and internal teams to help deliver timely repairs, maximise first-time fixes and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, including Awaab’s Law and the Regulator of Social Housing standards.
