Barista/Front of House Full Time

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS BARISTA AND FRONT OF HOUSE EXPERIENCE.

The responsibility will be, but not limited to oversee

• The employee must prepare drinks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Acknowledges and understands the menu items and explains them to customers efficiently.
• The employee must showcase a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers.
• Checks products’ availability and restocks items, to ensure sufficient stock is available throughout the shift.
• The employee must ensure the restaurant is always kept in a clean presentable manner.
• The employees must ensure they greet all customers and support them in making orders efficiently.
• The employee must input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit or cash amount accurately.
• The employees must use their knowledge of customer service skills to increase sales.
• The employee must have a basic knowledge or is willing to learn all quality standards and procedures to do with food safety at the front of house.
• The employee will be accountable for all forms of money and will be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
• The employee will be taught a basic knowledge of food handling and safety at work.
• The employee will have to maintain a professional appearance and a high-level of grooming standards.
• The employee will perform stock audits and inform management for stock ordering.
• The employees will play a major part locally to help generate awareness of the store through social media when deemed possible.
• The employee must be available for leaflet distribution and support with sampling inside and outside the store.
• The employee will have the ability to connect with all customers and deal with problems that may arise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
