Your Mission
As our Talent Operations Coordinator, your mission is to ensure our hiring engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with high data integrity. You’ll be the backbone of our recruiting operations – owning the health of our ATS (Ashby), enabling recruiters to do their best work, and creating a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
This role is ideal for someone early in their talent career who understands the day-to-day challenges recruiters face and is motivated to improve systems, processes, and data quality behind the scenes. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our hiring function by bringing structure, consistency, and operational excellence.
