Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automotive Technical Trainer based in Milton Keynes, with flexibility for partial remote work. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs targeting automotive professionals. Daily tasks include providing technical guidance, delivering interactive training modules, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring participants gain hands-on proficiency in line with industry standards. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is key to align training materials with organizational goals and achieve exceptional training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills to effectively deliver training content and engage participants
• Knowledge of current training technologies and best practices within the automotive industry
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program success
• Relevant teaching or training certifications are a plus
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement, with the ability to inspire others and drive results
