Company DescriptionJob DescriptionHuman-led brand advocacy efforts are a key pillar of focus for our brands moving forward and our influencer team is regarded industry-wide as one of the best in the business.Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, this individual will work closely with cross-functional partners (Legal, Strategy, Creative, Social and Product) to bring long-term strategies and holistic brand campaigns to life.This job is located at our Regional Head Office in London, England.What Will You Be Doing?Responsible for growing our Hollister influencer marketing programs with a particular focus on new and emerging platforms, while still maintaining the integrity of each brand’s respective DNAIdentify new areas of opportunity for forming influencer relationships in efforts to grow brand affinity, increase awareness of Hollister’s product and purpose initiativesLead the team in retaining its position as being an industry leader in social selling—testing, learning and utilizing proven strategies to ensure all influencer campaigns are innovative and drive resultsCollaborate with multiple external and internal partners to execute all influencer activationsAct as primary liaison between internal teams and external agenciesSupport cross-functional teams in amplifying performance for areas of influencer marketing opportunity across the business (women’s and men’s)Closely partner with Creative teams to ensure total pull-through of influencer marketing initiatives and visibility of talent/content throughout the creative development funnelAudit ambassador & influencer deliverables for completion, brand standard compliance, and performanceEstablish/negotiate influencer obligations and costing; coordinate contract reviews with legal team to ensure compliance to all advertising regulations & labor lawsPartner with other channel owners (social, paid media, creative direction, e-comm, etc.) to maximize exposure of influencer contentCollaborate with EMEA Product Strategy teams for product delivery/gifting consistent with merchandising prioritiesAssist in seasonal brainstorm and planning sessions to integrate influencer activations into the overarching marketing campaign; maintain open communication throughout execution to ensure cohesion with other brand tactics is maintainedIntegrate program plans and deliverables into existing cross-functional processesDrive clear program performance goals and reporting, including weekly, monthly, seasonal, and status/hindsight deliverables for Marketing milestonesAccurately deliver against established annual budgetContinuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure the brands stay at the forefront of influencer marketingWhat Do You Need To Bring? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related fieldExperience in Marketing, preferably for large lifestyle / fashion brandsExperience social media program management, influencer program management, and/or ambassador program managementProven track record of identifying new trends and opportunities at the forefront of influencer marketingDemonstrated depth of knowledge of all platforms appropriate for Influencer Marketing with particular attention paid to candidates who have experience in TikTokDemonstrated understanding of Millennial and Gen-Z consumers of all gendersExperience managing an external agency vendor/partnerHigh level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and prioritiesVery strong project management skills (including timeline development/management, budget)Strong relationship development/management and written/verbal communication skillsSuperb presentation skills and comfortable ideating/presenting ideas with all levels of an organization (up to/including C-level) Our Company Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.The company operates a family of brands, including Abercrombie & Fitch, YPB, abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks, each sharing a commitment to offer products of enduring quality and exceptional comfort that support global customers on their journey to being and becoming who they are.
