The position.We are recruiting for a full-time Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Reporting to the Compliance Director, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.You will have proven experience in planning, defining, and documenting business processes, as well as conducting internal and external audits, ideally within an engineering or technical environment. You will also bring extensive experience in managing relationships with external auditors and governing bodies, taking a lead role in maintaining certification to international and other recognised standards.Key responsibilitiesSupport the implementation, management, and continual improvement of a robust IMS, ensuring it remains compliant and certified to:ISO 9001 (Quality Management)ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)Plan, schedule, and manage the annual audit programme, ensuring effective oversight of compliance across projects and wider business operationsMonitor and review project compliance using established audit checklists, identifying risks and driving improvementsMaintain external certifications and act as the key point of contact for certification bodies and other external audit organisationsSkills and experiencePrevious experience in a similar IMS or business process-focused role is essentialStrong working knowledge and audit experience of ISO 9001 (additional ISO standards desirable)Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detailConfident user of Microsoft Office and SharePointStrong communication skills with a professional telephone mannerAccurate typing and data entry skills with high levels of consistency and reliabilityWhat’s in it for you?The chance to work for an innovative, design-led studio based in London with the opportunity to work on some of the very best projects across Scandinavia, Europe and internationally, plus a friendly, dedicated team and a competitive salary.
