Medical Receptionist Part-Time (20 Hours per Week)

About The Role We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team at Waverley Medical Practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service within our practice. Duties will include: Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Managing telephone enquiries and appointment bookings Processing patient information accurately and confidentially Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the reception areaHours of Work
20 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00am 1:00pm
About You
Previous reception or administrative experience (ideally within a healthcare setting) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Strong organisational and IT skills A professional and caring attitude towards patients
