We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million people, and to a wider population of 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Biochemistry Department within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Medical Laboratory Assistant, supporting one of the largest and busiest laboratory services in the UK. This role is central to ensuring patient safety through the accurate receipt and preparation of samples for analysis. Working within NHSGGC offers excellent training, stability and the chance to contribute to vital diagnostic services that support patient care every day. You will become part of a skilled, supportive multidisciplinary team operating within a 24/7 service. This is an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail who values teamwork and precision in a healthcare environment.Band 2 roles are not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa routes.All other roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements.
