Who We Are
Founded in August 2020, Promni Health has grown rapidly to become one of England’s largest multidisciplinary primary care providers, delivering specialist services across musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, and mental health.
We are exclusively focused on supporting NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and GP practices to deliver high-quality, clinically safe and technology-enabled primary care services that improve access, outcomes and patient experience.
Our services are widely recognised as best in class, most recently being awarded LaingBuisson’s “Best in Primary Care & Diagnostics” Award (2025).
We employ a multidisciplinary team of over 350 allied healthcare professionals and nurses, supported by experienced, Health Education England–trained clinical supervisors. We are commissioned by more than 200 NHS PCNs, delivering fully managed, integrated primary care services to over 1,000 GP practices across 33 Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), serving a population of more than 9 million patients.
Each year, our teams deliver over 1 million patient consultations, helping reduce pressure on general practice while supporting neighbourhood health, prevention, and integrated care at scale.
