Sales Administrator – Renewables Full Time

Join our dynamic team in a pivotal, desk-based role at our office in Coventry, supporting our growing Renewables division (Solar PV and Heat Pumps). We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrator to manage the administrative and sales lifecycle of our renewable projects from start to finish. This role requires strong customer interaction and administration skills, with a slightly technical mindset to understand our product offerings.

What You Will Do:

• Sales Funnel Management: Call leads, provide initial estimates using an online tool, follow up on all estimates, and gather details to generate complex solar proposals using specialized software. Proactively chase all solar and heat pump proposals.
• Project Administration: Complete necessary DNO applications, book confirmed jobs into our CRM, manage part ordering, raise invoices, and process customer payments.
• Customer & Office Support: Handle general day-to-day phone answering and scheduling. Provide customer support for both our renewable energy clients and our established plumbing and heating business.

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent phone skills for lead calling and follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM and simple data input software.
• Highly organized and effective at managing multiple threads and deadlines.
• An interest in the renewable energy sector (solar, heat pumps) is beneficial.
