M&A Associate Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an M&A Associate. The M&A Associate will be responsible for performing financial modeling, conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, and supporting equity, debt, and hybrid capital structuring. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assisting in the evaluation of private equity deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies. Qualifications Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Strong knowledge and experience in finance, including investment analysis and capital structuring.Expertise in due diligence processes and financial modeling techniques.Experience in private equity or related fields.Proven communication, teamwork, and project management skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills.Educational qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.Experience or familiarity with cross-border investments and emerging markets is advantageous.
