Receptionist/Front of House Full Time

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest services in a welcoming environment, ensuring every visitor has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. Multilingual abilities and hospitality experience are highly desirable to enhance our guests’ experience and support our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
• Provide accurate information about services and facilities
• Manage reservations and walk-in enquiries efficiently via phone and in person
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when handling guest communications
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Support the team with organising events or special functions as required
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless patient experiences

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential
• Strong service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively
• Friendly, approachable manner with a professional appearance and attitude

Pay: £12.75-£15.00 per hour
