PAWS Therapy & Assistance Dog Training is the UK’s leading provider of therapy and assistance dog training. Our dogs work in the NHS, in police forces, in hospitals, schools, universities and support families transforming the lives of the people who need them most.

This is not a brand that needs dressing up. It is a brand that needs a voice powerful enough to match what it already is. That is where you come in.

The Role

You will own the voice of PAWS across every channel and every format.

• Meta ad creative that stops the scroll.
• Email campaigns that people actually read.
• LinkedIn content and blogs that build authority.
• Direct mail that earns its place on someone’s desk.
• And sales campaigns built to smash targets, not just meet them.

You will work directly with our CEO, move fast, and have the creative freedom to do your best work.

We use AI as a creative accelerator, not a replacement. We want someone who knows how to wield it intelligently and bring genuine craft to the work that truly counts.

You are the right person if:

• You write with energy and warmth. Your copy makes people feel something before it makes them do something.
• You have a proven track record across paid ads, email, long form content and direct response. You know what works and why.
• You are comfortable working with AI tools and know the difference between output you can use and output you need to rescue.
• You can hold a brand voice in your head and protect it. Consistency matters to you even when no one is checking.
• You thrive working independently. You deliver without being chased and you speak up when you need clarity.
• You care about the mission. Not because you have to say that in an application. Because it actually drives better work.

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
