In this highly rewarding role, you will be making a significant difference in an individual’s life by delivering high-quality, person-centred care.If you are a calm, patient, and reliable professional who thrives under pressure and has a strong background in complex care, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care in strict alignment with the individual’s person‑centred care plan.Safely administer medication and provide feeding support via NG (Nasogastric) tube.Continuously monitor for seizures and respond appropriately and swiftly.Support with supra-pubic catheter care, including maintaining hygiene, monitoring for potential issues, and reporting any concerns.Manage challenging behaviour in a safe, calm, and professional manner.Assist with daily personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and other daily living tasks.Maintain clear, accurate, and timely care notes and documentation.Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals.RequirementsRequirements (Essential)Proven experience working in complex care.Hands-on experience with catheter care.Experience in supporting individuals who experience seizures.Demonstrated ability and experience in managing challenging behaviour.Solid theoretical knowledge of NG tube care.Exceptional communication and meticulous observation skills.A calm, patient, and reliable demeanour, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.Must hold the Right to Work in the UK.Highly Desirable SkillsDirect, hands-on experience with NG tube care.Current PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) or MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training, or equivalent.Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or learning disabilities.Previous experience delivering focused 1:1 or 2:1 care.BenefitsWhy Join Us?Competitive pay ratesOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive team environmentTo Apply: If you meet the requirements and are passionate about delivering exceptional complex care, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to adarsh.thomas@centurionstaunch.co.uk today.Centurion Staunch Innovative Solutions is an equal opportunities employer.
