Role Description

This is a freelance opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to join PURE Spa UK, based on-site in the City of Edinburgh. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality spa and beauty treatments, ensuring exemplary customer service, maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards, and supporting clients in their well-being journey. This role offers a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to impact client satisfaction and foster relaxation and self-care for a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing spa treatments such as massages, body wraps, facials, and specialized spa therapies.
• Expertise in beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, tanning, and eyebrow shaping.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment for all clients.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field, along with relevant accreditation (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent), is desirable.
• Previous experience in spas, salons, or wellness centers is an advantage.
