Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern

About The Role
As a Retentions Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping customers rediscover the value of staying with us. By building rapport, asking the right questions, and offering personalized solutions, you’ll make a real difference in every conversation.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you’ll start your day on our telephony system, speaking with a high volume of customers. You’ll work towards clear retention targets while ensuring every interaction meets FCA standards. If you enjoy working in a target-driven environment and thrive on achieving results, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact.
So, who are you?
Shift Pattern
Your shift patterns will rotate on a 6 week rota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday-Saturday).
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week and you will have two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.
We’ll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access.
